EEPROM Data Memory Structure TheEEPROMDataMemorycapacityvariesfrom512×8to1024×8bits.UnliketheProgram MemoryandRAMDataMemory,theEEPROMDataMemoryisnotdirectlymappedandis thereforenotdirectlyaccessibleinthesamewayastheothertypesofmemory.ReadandWrite operationstotheEEPROMarecarriedoutinsinglebyteoperationsusinganaddressanddata registerinBank0andasinglecontrolregisterinBank1.
