Peak voltage calculation method
The peak voltage of Differential DQS signals are calculated in a following equation.
VIH.DIFF.Peak Voltage = Max(f(t))
VIL.DIFF.Peak Voltage = Min(f(t))
f(t) = VDQS_t - VDQS_c
The Max(f(t)) or Min(f(t)) used t o determine the midpoint which to reference the +/-35% window of the
exempt non-monotonic signaling shall be the samllest peak voltage observed in all ui’s.
