7 Parameter Measurement Information

7.1 Off-Leakage Current

There are two types of leakage currents associated with a switch during the off state:

1. Source off-leakage current IS(OFF): the leakage current flowing into or out of the source pin when the switch

is off.

2. Drain off-leakage current ID(OFF): the leakage current flowing into or out of the drain pin when the switch is

off.

The setup used to measure both off-leakage currents is shown in Figure 7-1.

7.2 Device Turn On/Off Time

Turn-off time (tOFF) is defined as the time taken by the Sx pin of the TMUX9616 to rise to a 90% final value after

the CLK signal has risen to 50% of its final value. Turn-on time (tON) is defined as the time taken by the output

of the TMUX9616 to fall to a 10% initial value after the CLK signal has risen) to 50% of its final value. Figure 7-2

shows the setup used to measure tON and tOFF.
