General Description

The MAX4751/MAX4752/MAX4753 are low on-resistance,

low-voltage, quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog

switches that operate from a single +1.6V to +3.6V sup-

and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power. The

MAX4753 has break-before-make switching.

When powered from a +3V supply, the MAX4751/

MAX4752/MAX4753 feature low 0.9

Ω (max) on-resis-

compatible when using a single +3V supply.

The MAX4751 has four normally open (NO) switches,

the MAX4752 has four normally closed (NC) switches,

and the MAX4753 has two NO and two NC switches.
