SPI Interface Operation TheSPIinterfaceisafullduplexsynchronousserialdatalink.Itisafourlineinterfacewithpin namesSnDI,SnDO,SnCKandSnCS.PinsSnDIandSnDOaretheSerialDataInputandSerial DataOutputlines,SnCKistheSerialClocklineandSnCSistheSlaveSelectline.AstheSPI interfacepinsarepin-sharedwithnormalI/Opins,theSPIinterfacemustfirstbeenabledbysetting thecorrectbitsintheSPInC0andSPInC1registers.Communicationbetweendevicesconnected totheSPIinterfaceiscarriedoutinaslave/mastermodewithalldatatransferinitiationsbeing implementedbythemaster.TheMasteralsocontrolstheclocksignal.Asthedeviceonlycontainsa singleSnCSpinonlyoneslavedevicecanbeutilized.TheSnCSpiniscontrolledbysoftware.
