Single Pulse Mode

Toselectthismode,bitsT2M1andT2M0intheTM2C1registershouldbesetto10respectively

andalsotheT2IO1andT2IO0bitsshouldbesetto11respectively.TheSinglePulseOutputMode,

asthenamesuggests,willgenerateasingleshotpulseontheTMoutputpin.

ThetriggerforthepulseoutputleadingedgeisalowtohightransitionoftheT2ONbit,whichcan

beimplementedusingtheapplicationprogram.HoweverintheSinglePulseMode,theT2ONbit

canalsobemadetoautomaticallychangefromlowtohighusingtheexternalTCK2pin,whichwill

inturninitiatetheSinglePulseoutput.WhentheT2ONbittransitionstoahighlevel,thecounter

willstartrunningandthepulseleadingedgewillbegenerated.TheT2ONbitshouldremainhigh

whenthepulseisinitsactivestate.Thegeneratedpulsetrailingedgewillbegeneratedwhenthe

T2ONbitisclearedtozero,whichcanbeimplementedusingtheapplicationprogramorwhena

comparematchoccursfromComparatorA.
