Applies to both VEXT1_DRV and VEXT2_DRV. 0x0: Very fast 0x1: Fast 0x2: Medium 0x3: Slow VEXT1_DRV_VOLT 5 VEXT1_DRV Gate Drive Voltage Selection 0x0: Low VEXT1_DRV gate drive voltage for GaN FET 0x1: High VEXT1_DRV gate drive voltage for MOSFET(s) EXT1_DISCHG_CTRL2 4 EXT1 Active Discharge Enable Reset 0x0: Do not reset EXT1_DISCHG_CTRL1. 0x1: Reset EXT1_DISCHG_CTRL1 to 0x0 when VEXT1 falls below 0.3V. EXT1_DISCHG_CTRL1 3 EXT1 Active Discharge Enable. This bit is reset to 0x0 when VEXT1 falls below 0.3V and EXT1_DISCHG_CTRL2 = 0x1. 0x0: Disable EXT1 active discharge 0x1: Enable EXT1 active discharge SPR_2 2 EXT1_SW_CTRL2 1 EXT1 Switch Enable in Manual Mode. This bit is valid only when EXT1_SW_CTRL1 = 0 (manual mode).
