the desired exposure is given and not calculated by algorithm
<2> DIRECT_MANUAL_MODE - Mode in which the exposure
parameters are input directly and not calculated by compiler
<3> FLASHGUN_MODE - Flash Gun Mode in which the exposure
parameters are set to fixed values
