Oil leaking at pump Oil seals worn Have parts cleaned or replaced by CLARKE service department Loose drain plug Tighten drain plug Worn drain plug O Ring Inspect and replace O ring Worn fill plug O Ring Inspect and replace O ring Pump overfilled Check for correct amount of oil Incorrect oil used Drain and refill with correct type and amount of oil Vent plug clogged Clean vent. Use air hose to clear blockage. If problem persists, replace vent plug Pump pulsates Nozzle obstructed See ‘Using The Nozzle Tips’ section on page 22/23 PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION |
