XY Coordinates Interpretation
The movement of the magnet over the Hall elements causes
response which is geometrically distributed like a bell-shaped
curve.
The maximum magnet travel is a circle of 2mm radius around
the center of the AS5013. The Hall elements C1..C4 are placed
on a circle centered on the middle of the package. The Hall
element C5, placed exactly in the middle is used for better
linearity response with magnet displacement larger than
±1.0mm.
