For the SOT563 (Standard) and TSOT26 (Standard) packages, the

θJA is 110°C/W and 70°C/W, respectively. The actual junction temperature

should not exceed the maximum recommended operating junction temperature of +125°C when considering the thermal design. Figure 40 and

Figure 41 show typical derating curves versus ambient temperature.
