RMS LINEARITY OVER TEMPERATURE AND RMS ERROR OVER FREQUENCY

RMS linearity obtained from a variable sinusoidal voltage and current from 100% of full scale down to 0.05% of full scale. Frequency = 50 Hz,

PF = 1, VDD = 3.3 V and HPF on.

RMS error obtained from a sinusoidal voltage with an amplitude of 50% of full scale and a sinusoidal current with an amplitude of 50% of full

scale. Variable frequency between 45 Hz and 65 Hz. TA = 25°C, VDD = 3.3 V and HPF on.
