CF vs. energy register correlation obtained from a sinusoidal voltage with an amplitude of 50% of full scale, a sinusoidal current with variable

amplitude from 100% of full scale down to 0.05% of full scale. Frequency = 50 Hz, PF = 1, TA = 25°C and VDD = 3.3 V.
