The Option Flag (Bit 7) of the ISO 15693 defined Request Flags must be set to 1 for all Write

and Lock commands to respond properly.

For reliable programming, a programming time

≥ 10 ms is recommended before the reader

sends the end of frame (EOF) to request the response from the transponder.
