13.5.4 GetRssiInst
This command returns the instantaneous RSSI value during reception of the packet. The command is valid for all protocols.
With GFSK, the RSSI settling time varies with the BW, as described in the following table. The RSSI delay is the delay between the moment
the chip is put in Rx mode i.e. busy falling edge, and the moment the first RSSI value is available. The RSSI averaging window is the delay
between two RSSI samples.
