Both VCCA and VCCB accept a power supply voltage ranging from 1.08 V to 3.6 V. This allows for low-voltage transmission among 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V voltage nodes. Each A port I/O pin of DIO7416 has an internal 10 kΩ pull-up resistor to VCCA and each B port I/O pin has an internal 10 kΩ pull-up resistor to VCCB. The internal pull-up resistors are reverse biased protected, so if the power is turned off, current cannot flow back through the resistors to the power supply. The enable pin (referenced to VCCA) is 3.6 V tolerant. When the enable pin is high, DIO7416 can achieve level conversion function. When the enable pin is low, the DIO7416 enters shutdown mode. The pull-up resistor is not controlled by the enable (EN) pin. As long as the supply is above VUVLO, the pull-up resistor on one side of it will be enabled. Simplified Schematic |
