7.4 Event counter mode
7.4.2 Operation in event counter mode
Œ When the count start flag is set to “1,” the counter starts counting of the count source.
 The counter counts the count source’s valid edges.
Ž When an underflow occurs, the reload register’s contents is reloaded, and then counting is continued.
 The timer Bi interrupt request bit is set to “1” when the underflow occurs in Ž.
After this, the interrupt request bit remains set to “1” until the interrupt request is accepted or the
interrupt request bit is cleared to “0” by software.
Figure 7.4.3 shows an operation example in the event counter mode.
