This data sheet revision history highlights the technical changes made to the SPRS528 device-specific
data sheet to make it an SPRS528A revision.
Scope: Applicable updates to the DM335 device family, specifically relating to the TMS320DM335 device,
have been incorporated.
• DM335 now supports an extended temperature 216-MHz device with an extended temperature range
of -40
°C to 100°C.
ADDS/CHANGES/DELETES
Global: Added applicable updates for extended temperature throughout the entire document.
