Power failure detection

If processing time of <1> + <4> is longer

than 100 ms, CE reset is executed

in the middle of processing <4>.

Power failure detection

If processing time of <1> + <3> is

too long, CE reset is executed.

CE reset

CE reset may be executed immediately depending on when

the basic timer 0 carry FF setting time is changed.

Therefore, if <5> is executed before <4>, power failure

processing <4> may not be executed to the end.
