AVDD_3P3V
Analog supply bypass. Output of internal 3.3 V LDO. Requires 0.1 µF capacitor to GND.

Junction temperature monitor output voltage.

REFIO_1P2V
Reference input/output for internal DAC. Connect to external 1.2 V reference or output
of 1.2 V reference output (reduced accuracy). Requires 0.1 µF capacitor to GND.

FS_ADJ
DAC full-scale current output adjust. Requires 2 kΩ resistor to GND. For more
information about full-scale adjustment, see the FULL-SCALE ADJUSTMENT section.

SDN_IO
Shutdown input/output (Shutdown active high). Connect capacitor to GND for
shutdown delay.
EPAD
Exposed thermal pad. Electrically connected to GND internally. Connect to external
heat sink (grounded or floating) for thermal management.
