CONFIGURING THE MACHINE

To prepare the machine for welding it is important that you follow the following

procedure.

Attach the earth clamp to the workpiece as close to the point of welding as possible

without it being intrusive.

Making sure that the ON/OFF switch, located on the rear panel is in the OFF position,

connect the welding leads and gas bottle as follows:

MIG WELDING WITH GAS

If using 0.9mm wire, connect the

earth clamp to the negative

terminal as shown.

FLUX WELDING NO GAS

If using 0.9mm flux cored wire,

connect the earth clamp to the

positive terminal as shown.

MMA ELECTRODE WELDING

Connect the earth clamp to the

negative terminal and the

electrode holder to the positive as

shown.
