Channel is permanently provisioned and can only be unprovisioned transiently. When a channel is unprovisioned, a partially received packet, if any, will be flushed and marked as unprovisioned in the RPDRR queue status field. The channel then returns to being provisioned automatically. Note This register is not byte addressable. Writing to this register modifies all the bits in the register.
