As shown in Figure 38 and Figure 39, the clamp triggers for any input signals at approximately 600 mV above the input common-mode voltage, effectively limiting the maximum input signal to approximately 2.4 VPP. When the clamp circuit conducts, the maximum differential current flowing through the circuit (via input pins) must be limited to 20 mA. Figure 38. Clamp Circuit in the ADC32RF42 Figure 39.
