The general format of a command message frame is shown in
Figure 14: General Format for Serial Interface Commands. Note
that, in the Manchester coding used, a bit value of 1 is indicated
by a falling edge within the bit boundary, and a bit value of zero
is indicated by a rising edge within the bit boundary.
The bits are described in Table 3.
