where VINx is the excitation voltage for the sensor or switch connected.
9 Power Supply Recommendations
To help ensure reliable operation at data rates and supply voltages, a 0.1μF bypass capacitor is recommended
on the MCU side supply pin (VCC1). The capacitor should be placed as close to the supply pins as possible.
