Function

Apply 3.00 to 5.25 V (L version) to the Vcc pin and 0 V to the Vss pin.

Connect this pin to Vcc.

Connect this pin to VPP (VPP = 4.50 to 5.25 V).

Connect this pin to Vss.

Connect this pin to Vcc when not using.

Connect this pin to Vcc.

Connect this pin to Vss.

To reset, input “L” level for 20 cycles or longer clocks of

φ.

Connect a ceramic or crystal resonator between the XIN and XOUT pins. When

entering an externally drived clock, enter it from XIN and leave XOUT open.

Connect this pin to Vcc when not using.

Leave this pin open when not using.

Input “L” level when not using.

Input “L” or “H” level, or keep open.
