FspThr_S2 - Sat2 TDM Decoding FSP Invalid Threshold

Threshold of the FSP correlation determining an invalid FSP detection if not exceeded.

MetricCtrl_S2 - Satellite One TDM Decoding QPSK Metric Generation Data Control

Enables swap of data I- and Q-component and QPSK-map inversion if the corresponding bit is set. Determines

the threshold of the Soft Decision Slicer and the applied data output format.
