Boundary Scan Register

The boundary scan register is made up of 139 boundary scan cells, divided into

input observation (in_cell), output (out_cell), and bidirectional (io_cell) cells.

These cells are detailed in the Figures 22, 23, 24 and 25. The first 32 cells form

the ID code register, and carry the code 0x053470CD. The cells are arranged as

follows:
