VIN = 12V, VOUT = 36V, CTRL = 2.0V, EN/UVLO = 12V, INTVCC = 2.2µF to GND, RT = 40.2kΩ to GND, BST = 0.1µF to SW and SYNC/MODE is tied to GND. Note 1: Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device reliability and lifetime. Note 2: Do not drive these pins. Note 3: The LT8338E is guaranteed to meet performance specifications from 0°C to 125°C junction temperature. Specifications over the –40°C to 125°C operating junction temperature range are assured by design, characterization and correlation with statistical process controls. The LT8338J is guaranteed over the full –40° to 150°C operating junction temperature range. High junction temperatures degrade operating lifetimes; operating lifetime is derated for junction temperatures of greater than 125°C. Note 4: These ICs include overtemperature protection that is intended to protect the device during momentary overload conditions. The maximum rated junction temperature will be exceeded when this protection is active. Continuous operation above the specified absolute maximum operating junction temperature may impair device reliability or permanently damage the device. Note 5: The VIN Quiescent Current specifications include the 2.6µA current implied by the specified RINTVCC = 1M resistor. Note 6: VOUT regulation is tested in a servo loop. Note 7: Top Switch Current Limit prevents the bottom switch from turning on until the switch current has dropped below the limit. |
