Before to run the diagnostic, the user should write: • Capacitance threshold via ERCAP_C_THR[7:0] bit field in NVM, precalculated by the user using the following formula: CμF="00"&ERCAP_C_THR7:0&"0000"×LSBC RERDCHSW (4) • ESR threshold via and ERCAP_ESR_THR[6:0] bit field in NVM, precalculated by the user using the following formula: ESRmΩ = ERCAP_ESR_THR7:0&"0000" ×LSBESR×RERDCHSW 1000 (5) To reduce the noise during the measurement step, the ERBST is automatically disabled during the ER capacitor diagnostic (see the Figure 27).
