General Description

TheHT66FXXseriesofdevicesareFlashMemoryA/Dtype8-bithighperformanceRISC

architecturemicrocontrollers.OfferinguserstheconvenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programming

features,thesedevicesalsoincludeawiderangeoffunctionsandfeatures.Othermemoryincludes

anareaofRAMDataMemoryaswellasanareaofEEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatile

datasuchasserialnumbers,calibrationdataetc.

Analogfeaturesincludeamulti-channel12-bitA/Dconverteranddualcomparatorfunctions.

MultipleandextremelyflexibleTimerModulesprovidetiming,pulsegenerationandPWM

generationfunctions.Communicationwiththeoutsideworldiscateredforbyincludingfully

integratedSPIorI2Cinterfacefunctions,twopopularinterfaceswhichprovidedesignerswitha

meansofeasycommunicationwithexternalperipheralhardware.Protectivefeaturessuchasan
