The following measurement procedure
which cancels resistance of
measurement setup is used:
• All driver segments are switched
on, resistance is measured,
• All driver segments except the
MSB segment are switched on,
resistance is measured,
• Difference between the two
measurements is resistance of
MSB segment,
• Resistance of MSB segment
divided by two is the value of
RRFO.
