thisbitchangesfromlowtohighandresumecountingfromthisvaluewhenthebit
changestoalowvalueagain.

Thisbitcontrolstheoverallon/offfunctionoftheCTM.Settingthebithighenables
thecountertorunwhileclearingthebitdisablestheCTM.Clearingthisbittozero
willstopthecounterfromcountingandturnofftheCTMwhichwillreduceitspower
consumption.Whenthebitchangesstatefromlowtohightheinternalcountervalue
willberesettozero,howeverwhenthebitchangesfromhightolow,theinternal
counterwillretainitsresidualvalueuntilthebitreturnshighagain.IftheCTMisin
theCompareMatchOutputModethentheCTMoutputpinwillberesettoitsinitial
condition,asspecifiedbytheCTOCbit,whentheCTONbitchangesfromlowtohigh.
