1) R1,R2,R5,R6 = 127 Ohms, 1%
2) R3,R4,R7,R8 = 87.5 Ohms 1%
3) Transmission lines should be 50 ohm,
controlled impedance strip lines. Keep length
as short as possible.
4) Vcc = 3.3V for both resistor network, and
Fiber Optic module.
