Secondary side Logic Enable
The secondary referenced logic enabled circuit accepts a
logic signal from the secondary (GPIS) and applies it through
the AS1860 isolation barrier to GPOP which allows the
primary bias rail to be applied to the external bypass
MOSFET (M1) gate.
