Arm

® Cortex® -M23 Core

The NuMicro

® M261/M262/M263 series is embedded with the Cortex® -M23 processor. The Cortex® -

M23 processor is a low gate count, two-stage, and highly energy efficient 32-bit RISC processor,

which has an AMBA AHB5 interface, a debug access port supporting serial wire debug and single-

cycle I/O ports. It has an NVIC component and MPU for memory-protection functionality. Figure 6.1-1

shows the functional controller of the processor.
