9 Application and Implementation

9.1 Application Information
The LM3559 is a synchronous boost flash driver with dual 900-mA high-side current sources. The 2-MHz DC-DC
boost regulator allows for the use of small external components. The device operates from a typical input voltage
from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and an ambient temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
