SPI read in 3-wire mode
3-wire mode is entered by setting bit EN_SPI_READ to 1 (enables SPI read mode) in register IF_CTRL (0Eh).

The SPI read command is performed with 16 clock pulses:
bit0:READ bit. The value is 1.
bit1-7: address AD(6:0). This is the address field of the indexed register.
bit8-15: data DO(7:0) (read mode). This is the data that is read from the device (MSb first). A multiple read
command is also available in 3-wire mode.
