Over Temperature Protection (OTP)
If the junction temperature TJ of the controller IC exceeds the on-chip thermal shutdown threshold, TSD, the on-chip
over temperature protection shuts down the PWM.
11.4
Under Voltage Protection (UVP)
In order to prevent a partial on-state of the internal MOSFET, under-voltage protection monitors the low side and
high side gate bias supplies, VCC and VB. When VCC is below UVLO, both high and low side MOSFETs are turned off.
When the high side supply VBS is below the UVLO threshold, the high side output is disabled, while the low side works
normally.
