The device revision number and device id are available through these registers. ID[3:0] The ID bits can be read to provide a binary NSE-8G revision number. DEVID[15:0] The DEVID bits can be read to distinguish the NSE-8G from other members of the NSE-8G family of devices. MID[10:0] The MID bits provide the manufacturer identity field in the JTAG identification code. JID The JID bit is bit 0 in the JTAG identification code. |
