Range. Sets temperature range over which the associated FANPWM duty cycle is changed linearly as a function
of temperature.
The lower temperature limit of this range is determined, according to the Min/Off bit in the associated Min/Off,
Spike Smoothing register, either by the associated Zone Temperature Limit (see Section 8.5.63 on page 181)
whose the duty cycle is 0 or by the value in the associated FANPWM Minimum Duty.
The upper temperature limit of this range is “Zone Temperature Limit” + Range. At this limit, the duty cycle is the
value contained in the FANPWM1 MAX Duty register.
The range is set according to Table 57.
