Programming Sequence for Sending HDLC Messages
Once the data link source and the type of message has been chosen, the following programming sequence
can be followed to send any length message.

Enable TxSOT and TxEOT
Read TxBYTE Count
Register
Write Number of Bytes to the
TxBYTE Count Register
If < or = to
96-Bytes
Enable HDLC and TxIDLE
Code
TxEOT Indicates End of
Message Transmission
Enable HDLC Only
(No IDLE Code)
Wait for TxSOT
YES
NO
Store Message in Available
TxBuffer
