191 / 1032 page  6 INTERNAL MEMORY 6-49 32185/32186 Group Hardware Manual Rev.1.10 REJ09B0235-0110 May 15, 07 6.7.2 Entering Virtual Flash Emulation Mode To enter virtual flash emulation mode, set the Flash Control Register 1 (FCNT1) FEMMOD bit by writing "1." After entering virtual flash emulation mode, set the Virtual Flash L Bank Register MODENL bit to "1" to enable the Virtual Flash Emulation Function. Even during virtual flash emulation mode, the internal RAM area (M32185F4: H'0080 4000 to H'0080 BFFF, M32186: H’0080 4000 to H’0081 3FFF) can be accessed the same way as in usual internal RAM.
