Outputs a low-level pulse synchronously with the

first clock cycle of the real-time debugger's serial

data output word. The low-level pulse width

indicates the type of command/data received by

the real-time debugger.

Flash Protect

This is a mode pin which has the function to

protect the flash memory against E/W in hardware.

CAN

CTX0,CTX1 Data output

Output

These pins output the data from the CAN module.

CRX0,CRX1 Data input

These pins take in the data for the CAN module.

Test mode select input to control the state

transition of the test circuit.
