Sn_DIPR are different. If the previous and current values of
Sn_DIPR are same, ARP-
process doesn’t operate because
the destination hardware address is already acquired.

Sn_PORTR(SOCKETn Source Port Register)[R/W]
[0x0820A+0x40n/0x20A+0x40n] [0x0000]
It sets source port number.
It is valid when SOCKETn
is used as TCP or UDP mode, and ignored when used as other
modes.
It should be set before OPEN command.
