PIM Integration Hints
The purpose of the Port Integration Module (PIM) is to implement the GPIO control registers, as well as
select between the port controls of the peripheral (when in Peripheral Mode), and the port controls driven
by the GPIO registers (when in GPIO Mode). The following figures illustrate this concept.
