8.2.2.1 Programming Procedure
Figure 8-2 depicts a typical device programming flow. The flow is similar to the TLC698x device family with
several additional initialization steps to configure the TLC6989. After power up VCC and waiting until the device
is in Normal state (which means that the OTP CRC is correct), the TLC6989 is initialized and the FLAG_POR
has to be cleared (by setting CLR_FLAG) to allow forwarding of commands. Afterwards, the commands can be
forwarded to the TLC698x daisy chain.
