Note:

The host must not change ctrl_prbs_check_start

during a PRBS timed check except as described in

this diagram. There is no capability for the host to

abort a timed PRBS check once requested.

In particular, after setting ctrl_prbs_check_start to

1 for a timed check, the host is not permitted to

write ctrl_prbs_check_start back to 0 until the

device sets stat_prbs_check_status to 2 or 3

indicating completion or abort. Behaviour is

undefined if it does so; it would lead to race

conditions in the host <-> device handshake.
