VCCR

Power supply for
internal step-
down circuit
Power supply pin for the internal
step-down circuit. This pin must be
connected to the system power
supply. This LSI does not operate
correctly if this pin is left open.
VSSR
I
Ground for
internal step-
down circuit
Ground pin for the internal step-
down circuit. This pin must be
connected to the system power
supply (0 V). This LSI does not
operate correctly if this pin is left
open.
VCL
I
Capacitor
connected pin for
internal step-
down circuit
Pin for connecting an external
capacitor for the internal step-down
circuit. This pin should be connected
to the VSS via the external capacitor
(place closer to this pin).
VSS
I
Ground for
internal step-
down circuit
Ground pin for the internal step-
down circuit used for stabilize
internal step-down power supply.
This pin should be connected to the
VCL via the external capacitor (place
closer to this pin)
PVCC
I
Power supply for
I/O circuits
Power supply pins for I/O pins. All
the PVCC pins must be connected to
the system power supply. This LSI
does not operate correctly if there is
a pin left open.
Power supply
PVSS
I
Ground for I/O
circuits
Ground pins for I/O pins. All the
PVSS pins must be connected to the
system power supply (0 V). This LSI
does not operate correctly if there is
a pin left open.
