1.13 Serial I/O
1.13B.4 Related registers
(1) Transmit/receive buffer register (TB/RB: Address 00E0 16)
The Transmit/receive buffer register is written serial I/O (used in common with the clock synchronous
serial I/O and the UART) transmit data and is read out serial I/O receive data.
q To transmit data, write this transmit data into this register.
q Receive data can be obtained by reading this register.
Figure 1.13B.13 shows a structure of the Transmit/receive buffer register.

A value of “0016” to “FF16” can be
set as transmit data.
The transmit data is transferred
automatically by writing the transmit
data into the Transmit shift register.
When all receive data has been input
into the Receive shift register, the

ferred to the receive buffer register.
